EXPERT WITNESS
Ian Byrne has a Diploma in Environmental & Planning Law from the Law Society of Ireland and together with his experience and knowledge as an Environmental Consultant can provide an Expert Witness Service.
He has significant experience providing expert witness statements to clients in cases which relate to planning compliance, environmental nuisance and litigation. In addition he can provide an expert witness service to Oral Hearings.
He has worked on many litigation projects and is experienced in the preparation of Affidavits, and the provision of Expert Witness Testimony.
