ENVIRONMENTAL DUE DILLIGENCE

Prior to the purchase of a site, a property or a facility, it is prudent that an Environmental Due Dilligence Survey is conducted to ensure that there are no residual adverse environmental impacts attached to the site. Aspects which may arise are contaminated ground, asbestos, chemical / bacteriological contamination of surfaces and air, the nature neighbouring sites and the screening of any previous Planning Conditions, Licences or Permits the previous site owners held to ensure that there are no outstanding or residual issues.

With regard to our wide ranging experience in many areas of Environmental Assessment, we provide a unique environmental due diligence service to our Clients.
