Expert Witness – Noise Litigation
Ian Byrnes experience as a long established Acoustic Consultant, being a member of the Institute of Acoustics (MIOA) together with his Law Society of Irelands qualification in Environmental & Planning Law means that he can provide an expert service in noise litigation cases which require technical competency, appropriate experience and qualifications ,an understanding of the legal system and the importance and responsibilities of an Expert Witness to liase with the Legal Team, prepare case reports and present evidence in a court situation.
